Creating a new image for a supermarket operation in Bahrain


Due to increased competition in Bahrain’s supermarketing segment, a re-appraisal of the core values and brand essence of BMMI’s Alosra was undertaken by Vision. Comparative audits of other supermarkets were combined with analysis of price points and consumer perceptions. 

The result of the exercise was a complete overhaul of the operation, creating a refined brand essence of ‘premium everyday’ and linking that to a new masterbrand and identity system.

Vision developed a full suite of brand and environmental applications including merchandising, point of sale, signage systems, messaging and promotion. 

 

 

A new build supermarket in Amwaj has been launched. Vision created all exterior and interior signage systems, point of sale and promotional systems, advising on layout and sight-lines, interior design treatments, key messaging and created a launch campaign. Other stores continue to be upgraded to the new standards in fit-out and brand.

Vision creates all promotional and advertising campaigns for Alosra and has launched a 'think local' CSR project that aims to support local farmers and producers.
